At Acmecheap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to make things right.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

How to Return an Item

1. Log in to your Acmecheap account and go to “My Orders.”
2. Find the order you want to return and click “Return Items.”
3. Follow the prompts to print your return shipping label.
4. Package the item securely and affix the shipping label.
5. Drop off the package at the specified carrier location.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund if it meets our return guidelines. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can do so by returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as swimwear, undergarments, and items marked as “final sale.”

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
